Refund policy

Once an order is placed, we WILL NOT cancel any orders. If a high risk alert occurs, then we will cancel the order within 48 hours after attempting to contact you By email, Phone number, Or any contact information that you use to place the order. If no response, then I’ll be forced to cancel this order due to fraud risk.

- All Sales Including Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE.

- We Do Not Offer Refunds, Exchanges or Order Cancellations. (No Exceptions)

- Once you check out and pay you agree to our no refunds policy.
-Please review your order to make sure you order the correct items. 
- If for some reason you received the wrong items, please contact us via email within 24hrs after receiving the package so we can resolve the issue. To be eligible Please Provide Your Name, Order Number & Photos or Video for proof & Reference. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards no exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please read product descriptions for ingredients lists, if you are concerned about any reactions. Please refrain from using our Lips/Skincare products if you have an allergy or sensitivity to coconut oil and/or glitter.

No Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the situation on your order, and let you know if/when the situation is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically contacted by email to address and resolve the situation if possible.
